Pre-registration
Pre-registration is open until Friday, 1 November 2024, for attendees to provide information about their plans to attend the meeting so that organizers can make necessary arrangements. Please complete this form to let us know your plans for attending the meeting.
Meeting Registration
Registration will open in December 2024.
Attendees should wait for instructions from GLEON before making hotel reservations. Do not make reservations directly with the hotel.
Registration Fee
The GLEON Steering Committee has created a fee structure to allow attendees to select the fee most appropriate to their situation. Registration support is not available for this meeting.
The registration fee options are as follows:
- $200 (e.g., for graduate students with limited funding)
- $350 (e.g., for researchers with limited research or travel funding)
- $550 (e.g., for researchers, students, and others with funding available to cover full registration costs)
There is no added fee for pre-meeting workshops or the excursion. Meeting participants will also need to cover the costs of the appropriate hotel package to stay at the meeting venue.
Travel and Registration Support
GLEON will not be offering support for travel or registration to participate in the GLEON 2025 Meeting, so please please plan accordingly. Students should work with their advisors to secure support for travel and registration to attend the meeting. For anyone for whom the registration fee creates a barrier to participation, contact the Steering Committee Co-chairs to inquire about fee waivers.
Code of Conduct
Please refer to the GLEON Meeting Code of Conduct, adopted by the Steering Committee in 2019 and updated in 2022:
